چکیده
In the last decades, it has been intensively studied natural alternatives to synthetic products. Chassalia kolly is one of medicinal plants used traditionally for treatment skin infections. This study aimed at identifying diversity secondary metabolites, investigate antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities ethanolic extract leaves. Total phenols were determined by Folin Ciocalteu method. The aluminum trichloride method quantify total flavonoids, while determination condensed tannins was carried out hydrochloric vanillin capacity evaluated 2, 2-diphenyl-l-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), 2'-Azino-bis- (3-ethylbenzothiazolin-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) phosphomolybdenum methods. vitro activity leaves membrane stabilization. this results, contain flavonoid, mucilages, anthocyans, sterols terpenes, saponosides, alkaloids reducing compounds. contents phenols, flavonoids are respectively (20.41±2.11) µgGAE/mgDM; (30.29±2.18) µgQE/mgDM (1.211±0.122)µgCE/mgDM. results obtained during work allowed us assert that all extracts plant have very good properties (IC50=0.05µg/µL). showed an more interesting than aspirin which reference compound in study.
